Join War and Weapons Inquiry
Preventing war is a tall order — but we must do it, so let’s deliberate together on the possibilities. Starting May 13, Project Save the World members and subscribers will hold an Inquiry into War and Weapons and you’re invited.
Participants in this investigation will meet one hour for five consecutive Wednesdays to discuss warfare and the tools of killing. One step toward preventing wars must be the negotiation of arms control treaties – but that’s not enough. Do we need to cure the the warped minds of all potential terrorists and warmongers? If not, what are realistic political alternatives? There are countless options to consider, and we’ll review several of them.
📅 When & Where:
· Dates: Five consecutive Wednesdays, kicking off on May 13 2026.
· Time: 4:00 PM Toronto time | 9:00 PM UTC.
· Format: 1-hour interactive Zoom sessions. Before each meeting, receive reading or video assignment by email. At end of series, receive certificate.🔒
· How It Works: The first four sessions will be closed-door, focused discussions where participants can dive deep into war and weapons. During the fifth and final week, the session will be recorded and published as a video broadcast across our Substack, YouTube channel, and website (tosavetheworld.ca). That report can be used to lobby.
